My name is Justin, I'm currently working at the region's largest luxury retail company Chalhoub Group as an Analytics Engineer with a keen interest in driving business development and innovation.

I love delving deep into data and generating insights either by building on it or by visualizing information to create actionable insights.

Developed a comprehensive Logistics Location Optimization Report by harnessing SQL and LookML (Semantic Layer). This solution empowered the organization to automate inventory insights and enhance the Slotting process, reducing analysis time from days or weeks to just 30-45 seconds.

Automated end-to-end analysis for one of Chalhoub Group's Managed Companies, FACES encompassing Sales, Customer, Ecommerce, and Supply Chain domains using SQL and DBT, driving efficiency and data-driven decision-making through a Scorecard Dashboard consumed directly by the brand directors.

Engineered a Python script to streamline LookML code generation, resulting in a 80-90% reduction in coding time on the platform.

Led with regards to implementation on the automated Sales & Stock reporting for Chalhoub Group's Luxury Tech Joint Ventures, namely Dyson & Devialet.

Collaborated with the Group's Strategy and Innovation team to craft a dynamic dashboard showcasing Customer Metrics & Demographics through the Looker platform.

Led with regards to implementation of Operation Look(er) Ahead: This involved the migration of the Group Finance’s Commercial Reporting from Power BI to Looker in order to make it more governed, secure and transform the group into being more data conscious.

Automated and optimized Daily Sales Reporting to the President of Managed Companies of Chalhoub Group to transform manual daily reporting in Power BI to an automatically scheduled dynamic sales report in Looker which brought down the workload time from roughly 1.5 hours daily to an automated solution with 0 workload.

Optimized Group Supply Chain Dashboard performance by up to 85% over a month long period as well as carrying out a group wide assessment on Dashboarding & Best Practice in Data Analysis & Visualization

Implemented a Data Maturity Assessment Framework to baseline one of Chalhoub Group’s Managed Companies, Christofle – A French manufacturer & Retailer for home accessories in order to gauge their data maturity and build on the initial steps of their Data Driven Transformation estimated to have bought in ~$30K over the assessment period.

Supported Insights-as-a-Service (IaaS) initiative taken up by the Analytics Impact Pillar. Built out foundational reports and dashboards for Tanagra – A high end Luxury Homeware Brand to kick start their usage of Looker as well as built a Level-0 report analyzing Sales, Customer Metrics and Supply Chain directly for the General Manager of Tanagra.

Comparative Study on the LSTM, BI-LSTM and ARIMA models for stock price prediction based on their RMSE value.
Real Time Human Sentiment Analyzer

Built an Artificial Intelligence based project that could analyze human emotions and map them onto emoticons using Python that made use of the Keras API.
